Employability Practitioner Tutor
Permanent role. Home based role with occasional travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for sector meetings once every 2 months, mileage paid.

Duties
* Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions aligned to the employability practitioner apprenticeship standard.
* Provide one-to-one coaching online and some small group online.
* Mentoring and support tailored to the learner's needs.
* Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, IAG advisors.
* Prepare learners for end-point assessment.
* Use a range of digital tools and platforms to deliver blended learning.
* Track learner progress, set clear targets and maintain records.
* Build strong relationships with employers to support workplace development and on the job learning.
* Ensure all delivery meets quality, compliance, and safeguarding expectations.
Experience essential for this role
* Must be able to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire once every 2 months, mileage paid.
* A recognised teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
* Experience working as an Employability practitioner or employment Advisor, Careers Coach, or similar role.
* A recognised level 4 or equivalent in information advice and guidance (IAG).
* Would accept level 3 IAG or equivalent.
Salary / hours
£28,000 per annum.
Working Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5pm and Friday 8.45am - 4pm. 45 minutes lunch break each day.
