Meraki Talent’s client is looking to appoint an IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across a diverse IT environment. Key Responsibilities of IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line)
• Provide technical support across hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices (Windows, Apple, Android).
• Manage incidents and requests via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Support retail systems such as tills, tablets, payment devices, and printers.
• Perform basic server administration and troubleshoot networking issues (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and IT security standards.
Background of IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line)
• Proven experience in IT support at 2nd and 3rd line level
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiar with Windows Server, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
