We are seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as Clinic Coordinator for the Breast Service.
The role includes creating and maintaining clinic templates in Epic, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. If successful, you will also work on the e-referral system and spend time speaking to colleagues, patients and GP surgery staff.
You will be expected to support the wider team during periods of absence or cross-cover, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Main duties of the job
Management of a professional, effective and efficient administrative service to our Breast Unit and all its users, including patient, relatives, services and colleagues.
Management of patient pathways, ensuring all available clinic capacity is effectively utilized to meet demand and deliver an excellent service to our patients.
This role also involves direct line management to a small team of administrative staff.

Essential criteria
Educated to degree level or NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
Business Admin/ITQ or equivalent professional experience.

Team leader/management qualification.
