We are thrilled to announce an opening for an experienced Product Manager to join our Insurance team on a 10-month fixed-term basis. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work two days in our office in Bradley Stoke and three days from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do...
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our insurance products. Your responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing products across various operational models to ensure sustainable performance and positive customer outcomes.
* Analyzing product KPIs, operational performance, and complaints data to optimize outcomes for both the business and our customers.
* Identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities while supporting change projects.
* Coordinating the Product Governance Committee pack and minutes on a monthly basis.
* Managing the delivery of actions from audits, committees, and product reviews.
* Continuously reviewing customer journeys to identify pain points and enhance the overall experience.
* Becoming an RAC product expert with the tools and support to excel.
What You’ll Need...
To thrive in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the general insurance industry, including:
* A strong grasp of personal lines insurance products, operating models, and trading dynamics.
* Experience in product governance, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services.
* A proactive attitude and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in project management.
