We're seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.
What You'll Do
* Inventory Accuracy: Ensure high levels of stock accuracy across all warehouse sites and pick faces.
* Pick Face Optimisation: Min/max planning. design and optimise layout, sequencing, hot zone application, and slow/dead stock strategy.
* WMS Implementation & Optimisation: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Warehouse Management Systems to ensure seamless integration, maximise functionality, and support scalable growth.
* Sales Order Flow & Stock Management: Plan and manage sales order flows across multiple channels, ensuring proactive stock management to meet order deadlines and deliver on-time performance.
* Data-Driven Improvements & Capacity Planning: Use operational data and analytics to identify trends, improve efficiency, forecast demand, and plan warehouse capacity across multiple sites.
* Performance Metrics: Create, monitor, and report on key metrics including OOS, stock movements, inventory capacity, staffing UPH, and productivity.
* Reporting: Build clear and accurate reports to present performance, capacity, and improvement opportunities to the senior management team.
* Staffing & Leadership: Manage and develop 2 team leaders and 10 operators, calculate staffing requirements, and ensure an engaged and motivated workforce.
* Continuous Improvement: Analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
* Stock Control: Lead cycle counts, full stock takes, and cross-site stock reconciliations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and continuous excellence.
* Projects: Support warehouse redesigns, moves, or new site builds as required.
What You'll Bring
* Proven track record managing inventory and systems operations in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.
* Strong ERP & WMS system experience, including implementation, with advanced Excel skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.
* Expertise in stock control, pick face optimisation, and replenishment planning.
* Experience managing high SKU counts.
* Skilled in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Experience in warehouse redesigns, moves, or new build projects is highly desirable.
* Confident in building reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.
