Job Description
* Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve set targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
* Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
* Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
* Forecast sales volumes and profits for current and new products.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Of Sales And Marketing should have:
· Proven leadership skills including team development and performance management
· Minimum of 5 years working in distribution or channel management
· Proven track records of achieving results, ideally within a technology sector
· Enthusiasm for working in a Technology environment and the ability to motivate others
· Strong operational knowledge of sales metrics/results
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be able to work independently and on own initiative
· Good exposure to marketing previously
