Overview
Senior Project Support Officer role at NHS. Location: NHS Stockton-On-Tees, England, United Kingdom. This is a secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. You must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for the post.
What you will do
* Provide high-level project and administrative support to assist in the planning and delivery of projects.
* Support, facilitate and monitor project progress; identify risks and report to the Project Manager.
* Communicate effectively to overcome barriers and disseminate information to identified parties.
* Evaluate and assess project performance; capture and monitor project risks; undertake reporting and analysis using IT applications including Microsoft Office 365.
* Plan and deliver specific elements of the project; provide administrative and technical support to Project Managers; organise meetings or events.
* Develop and implement policies related to the project; maintain stock and supplies; support development and delivery of staff training.
* Develop and maintain the project library, databases and resource lists; ensure data is recorded accurately.
* Coordinate and maintain effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and experience
* Essential: Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
* Essential: Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
* Essential: Experience in a demanding/high-intensity administration setting.
* Essential: Experience of successful team working.
* Desirable: Experience of project management; experience of working with the NHS or other public sector bodies.
Skills and attributes
* Able to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Proficient in standard IT packages (e.g., Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new applications.

Salary: Band 4, £27,898 to £30,615 per annum. Contract: Secondment. Working pattern: Full-time. Job locations: Pan Wales, base to be chosen on recruitment; NP44 7HF.
