Temporary Data Entry / Procurement Clerk Glasgow (City Centre) Our client, a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation, specialising in high-voltage subsea cable solutions for major energy and infrastructure projects, is seeking an Administrative/Data Entry Clerk to support a key system implementation. Role Overview: This isa 3 monthassignment focused on inputting data into a new purchasing system. The role will involve a high volume of data entry using Excel, along with some light research to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input data into a new procurement system - Work with Excel spreadsheets to manage and organise information - Conduct basic research to verify data where required - Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Location & Working Pattern: - Based in a Glasgow city centre office - 5 days per week in the office initially - Hybrid working may be considered once fully trained and confident with systems Requirements: - Strong data entry and administrative skills - Good working knowledge of Excel - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Whats on Offer: - 1520 per hour (depending on experience) - Potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate If youre immediately available and enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.
