The Dermatology Partnership (Everything Skin – Cheadle), part of Bupa Health Services, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a 12-month supervisory secondment within a permanent HCA role, offering both career development and the chance to contribute to the leadership of our clinic. About the Role You’ll begin as a Healthcare Assistant, supporting our consultant dermatologists with clinical procedures and patient care. For the first 12 months, you’ll also take on supervisory responsibilities, helping to lead the clinic team and support day-to-day operations alongside the Practice Manager. After the secondment, the role will return to a standard HCA position, though further opportunities may arise with the expansion of our second site.
