We are looking for a Centre Manager who will lead the team to success and provide an excellent customer journey and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the centre team to deliver outstanding customer experience and satisfaction.
* drive business performance and manage day-to-day operations to meet KPIs.
* Provide in-the-moment coaching and training; engage and motivate the team to achieve targets.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
* Manage high sales turnover and monitor KPI performance.
* Communicate effectively with customers and staff, verbally and in writing.
* Utilise in-house IT systems and manage time effectively.
* Hold a current valid driving licence.

Skills and experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or a related industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging, coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
* IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
