Job Description Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) – Up to £28,000 Children at this nursery spend their days exploring bright, engaging playrooms and a large outdoor space designed for active learning. As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, leading practice, guiding colleagues, and ensuring consistent EYFS delivery. The setting is purpose-built, well established, and rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience as a Room Leader or a senior Nursery Practitioner with room-level responsibility. Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. This position is not suitable for candidates without experience leading practice within a nursery room.
