Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Continental – 3 days, 3 nights, 4 off, 4 days, 6 off, 4 nights, 4 off, then repeat

Key Responsibilities of a Critical Services Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of engineers working within a critical data / banking environment
*
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
*
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and site procedures
*
Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and service improvement activities
*
Maintain exceptional service standards for the client
*
Support continuous improvement, training, and development of engineering staff
Ideal Candidate
*
Electrically biased with strong technical knowledge of critical systems (UPS, generators, LV distribution, cooling, etc.)
*
Previous experience in a critical or banking environment is highly desirable
*
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
*
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-resilience setting
