As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service throughout the day to meet CCG operational needs, under the direct supervision of Estates Managers and in collaboration with other Estates Team members. You will also liaise with the college H&S Team, to ensure compliance, and work closely with the two CCG Heads of Estates.

Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day maintenance support and respond to maintenance needs across the college, including general college security duties and fire warden duties when required, under the supervision of Estates Managers and in collaboration with the Estates Team.
* Lead on the integration of Quemis and the SFG tracking software, plus fixed wiring to improve overall efficiency.
* Work across the Chichester and Brinsbury sites, with occasional support on other CCG sites as requested by the Head of Estates.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a maintenance or building services environment.
* Recognised technical qualifications.
* Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and alone, using own initiative.
Working arrangements
The Maintenance Supervisor works a normal 8am-4pm day, but will also be required on occasion to work other hours and weekends, commensurate with this grade.
