Tremendous opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our city centre based, Bristol head office. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the people operations and employee relations activities across our group of companies.
As the successful applicant, you, as the HR Advisor will be integral to the day-to-day people operations for our growing construction and facilities management businesses, which will likely include aiding on an upcoming TUPE transfer. You will take ownership of HR activities, offer expert guidance to employees and management, and contribute insights to help shape our future people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide advice and guidance on people management activities relating to policies and procedures.
2. Lead, guide and support managers with employee relations issues, including sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
3. Provide support with TUPE, when required.
4. Advise, support and influence at all levels of the organisation with confidence and credibility.
5. Oversee HR operations, including processing terms and conditions changes, logging sickness records, and maintaining accurate HR records.
