The Role
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well,” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. We’re currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre Team in Milton Keynes.
We have multiple shifts available, including day and night shifts:
* 09:00am– 18:00pm
* 12:00pm – 21:00pm
* 14:00pm – 23:00pm
* 16:00pm– 01:00am
* 18:00pm– 03:00am
**All shifts require flexibility with weekends.**
Attendance at the Assessment Centre is required for the recruitment process. Candidates must be available for the following dates:
Assessment Dates:
Night Shift: 12th August at 2pm
Day/Mid Shift: 14th August at 2pm
Start Dates:
Night Shift: 26th August
Day/Mid Shift: 8th September

What you will be doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via webchat, email, and phone. Your role involves delivering efficient, personable, and brand-aligned service, helping customers place orders, resolve queries, and manage complaints, reflecting Charles Tyrwhitt’s commitment to making it easy for men to dress well.
This role is suitable for individuals with a passion for people, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to deliver first-class customer experiences. No prior experience is necessary—just a genuine interest in helping customers and working collaboratively.
