Branch Manager/Valuer I am currently recruiting for an Estate Agent Branch Manager with Residential Property Valuation/Appraisal experience to join my clients growing business in Durham, DH1. The role combines expert knowledge of residential property valuation with exceptional sales skills to support clients through the process of buying newly built homes. You'll be a key player in helping buyers find their ideal property, while ensuring accurate and market-aligned valuations to support successful transactions. Proven experience in new home sales, real estate, or property valuation is essential for this role along with a strong understanding of residential property markets and valuation methods. In return the client are offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, monthly car allowance and genuine progression opportunities. About the role: Guide prospective buyers through new home developments, presenting features and benefits in line with their needs and budget Conduct detailed residential property valuations for new homes and related real estate Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, buyers, and other stakeholders Stay up to date with local market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Accurately appraise property values in accordance with market data and company standards Prepare and present professional valuation reports and sales documentation Assist with contract negotiations and closing processes Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client and property data Attend promotional events, launches, and site visits as needed Hours & Pay: Starting salary around £35,000 Uncapped commission - OTE £50,000 £200 monthly car allowance Monday to Friday Some weekend availability Genuine Career Progression & Training Opportunities About you: Proven experience in new home sales, real estate, or property valuation.
