* Strong knowledge of FMCG operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
* Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure supply chain continuity
* Analyse data and market trends to forecast product demand
* Manage transportation, storage, and stock movements between depots
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Resolve stock issues and support sales and account managers
* Make cost-effective purchasing decisions to maximise margin
* Promote health & safety, food safety, and ESG practices
* Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance
* Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
* Based in Cheltenham with free on-site parking
