We will map current-end-to-end processes, including inputs, outputs, roles, interfaces, and dependencies. We will review procedures, process documents, and organisational roles. We will assess process completeness, clarity, and compliance alignment. We will identify capability gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and inconsistencies. We will assess the impact, complexity, and regulatory implications of process gaps. We will separate quick wins from longer-term improvement needs. We will apply relevant standards and frameworks, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 31000. We will work with engineers, operations teams, and subject matter experts across SHE, environmental, and decommissioning areas. We will facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs. We will act as a coordination point between technical teams and programme leadership. We will maintain a gap register with evidence and traceability. We will produce reports, summaries, and board-level updates. We will provide clear recommendations and improvement options. We will support development of process and system improvements. We will contribute to prioritisation and sequencing of actions. We will align recommendations with operational and regulatory requirements. We will deliver discovery outputs, analysis deliverables, and future-state recommendations, including process maps, gap registers, improvement roadmaps, and board presentation materials.
