DMS Business Support Analyst Southwest £40,000 – £60,000 Benefits We’re working with a prestigious automotive group seeking a DMS Business Support Analyst to take ownership of their Dealer Management System (Keyloop) and wider business systems. You’ll play a vital role in supporting dealership operations across the group — ensuring systems run smoothly, user access is managed effectively, and integrations between platforms and manufacturers deliver maximum value to the business. This role would suit someone with strong Keyloop / Kerridge experience who understands how a dealer group operates and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Dealership Management What you’ll be doing Administer and maintain the Dealer Management System (Keyloop) across multiple sites Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing Act as the main point of contact for Keyloop and other third-party suppliers Resolve DMS-related tickets, incidents, and system issues in a timely manner Support business system integrations with manufacturers and third parties Contribute to new site launches, software rollouts, and DMS improvement projects Train and support staff to ensure systems are used effectively Continuously identify ways to improve system efficiency and performance What we’re looking for Hands-on experience supporting Keyloop / Kerridge DMS platforms Understanding of automotive retail operations (dealerships, aftersales, etc) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive approach to improving systems and procsses
