Office Administrator - Maternity Cover Leicester City Centre | 18.5 hours per week | £12,364 Start ASAP We're looking for a super-organised, people-friendly Office Administrator to join a small, proactive team on a maternity cover contract. This is a part-time role based right in the heart of Leicester, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office that's at the centre of city centre improvement projects. You'll be the go-to person for all things admin - from booking meetings to managing invoices, contracts and databases, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. What you'll be doing: Booking meetings, arranging travel, and preparing agendas/minutes Processing invoices (incoming and outgoing) Maintaining accurate records and databases Handling database queries and updates Issuing contracts to partner organisations Managing stationery, branded clothing, and office essentials Helping populate the rota for front-line team members Reviewing and improving admin systems where needed What we're looking for: You're naturally organised and take pride in keeping things running behind the scenes. You're confident, friendly and reliable, happy working independently but always ready to pitch in as part of a close-knit team.
