About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK. Frequent travel with occasional overnight stays is required – all travel-related expenses will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of commercial property sites including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and lease compliance.
* Coordinate refurbishments, repairs, and ongoing site inspections across multiple locations.
* Assist with commercial development projects including planning applications, contractor coordination, and liaising with local authorities.
* Ensure health & safety and legal compliance across all sites.
* Maintain accurate records, budgets, and financial reporting.
* Handle tenant onboarding and lease renewals.
* Support residential property management tasks as needed.
* Report directly to senior management on portfolio performance and strategy.
* Attend regular site visits and inspections (UK-wide).
* Meetings with architecture for planning and development.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management and development.
* Experience in residential property management is a strong plus.
* Excellent knowledge of property laws, leasing, budgeting, council rules and maintenance practices.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Must be flexible with working hours, including early mornings or late evenings where required.
* Must own a car and hold a valid UK driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Will to travel Frequently travel with occasional overnight stays
