Our client, a national leading company are currently looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic and professional Capital Sales Specialist, to take ownership of a defined territory, building relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support customers operational and strategic goals.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, duties to include:
1. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within food processing, manufacturing, and hygiene sectors.
2. Manage the full sales cycle for company equipment from initial consultation to closing and after-sales support.
3. Deliver tailored product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals aligned with client operational and commercial needs.
4. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders including engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams.
5. Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed agreed targets.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
7. Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
