What you’ll be doing:
In this exciting role, you’ll support the development of category plans and marketing campaigns that help grow the business and make life easier for our customers.
Your day-to-day could include:
* Looking at market trends and sales data to find useful insights
* Helping to shape product ranges and promotional plans
* Supporting the team with ideas to grow both Own Brand and Branded products
* Working closely with teams like Buying, Marketing, Sales, and suppliers to bring ideas to life

What we’re looking for:
You don’t need years of experience – we’re looking for potential, passion, and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you’ll bring:
* A good head for numbers and confidence working with data (e.g., from a degree or previous work/study projects)
* An interest in consumer trends, the food industry, or FMCG
* A positive, problem-solving attitude and curiosity about how products succeed in a competitive market
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
