Location: Field-based with regular travel across Dorset.

This is a 39 hours per week, permanent vacancy that will close in 10 days at 12:00 BST.


The role


Plumber (Dorset)

* Salary: £34,862 per annum plus benefits and additional allowances.
* Field-based with regular travel across Dorset, covering the south coast from Portland to Seaton in Devon.
* Access to a van, uniform, and all power tools are provided.
* This is a permanent role.
* Closing date for applications: 10.07.25 (Midday)

The role & responsibilities

Magna has an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, highly motivated Plumber to join our Customer Experience and Home Services Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out plumbing repairs and other trade-related works in our customers' homes.

By joining our team, you'll work alongside dedicated individuals committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to our success.

* From the initial reporting of the job to completion, you will play a key part in delivering work to a high standard and within current legislation.
* You will participate in the Out of Hours Rota once every 10 to 12 weeks, for which you will receive an additional standby pay allowance.

What you need to be successful

* Time-served apprenticeship or C&G/NVQ Level 3 in plumbing, with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience.
* Associated multi-skilled trades (e.g., Carpentry).
* You must hold a full driving license.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
* Basic IT literacy skills, as the role utilises an iPad to receive and complete jobs.
