Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re‑mortgages.
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and leases.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to support smooth progression of transactions.
* Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.
* Supporting solicitors with more complex matters as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in residential property or conveyancing support.
* Understanding of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
