Areas to be covered: South Central (DT, BH, SO, PO, SP, BA, SN & RG)
Remuneration: £55,500-£65,000 Neg. + 20% Bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car or £450 per month car allowance + full benefits package
The role involves:
* Field sales selling heating, ventilation, and renewables products
* Targeting social landlords, housing associations, and local authorities
* Specification-led sales process from specification to distribution
* 70% of time influencing specifiers within social housing providers
* 15% winning specifications with housebuilders/housing developers
* 15% managing relationships within distribution and merchants
Key responsibilities include:
* Securing new social housing projects and managing existing relationships
* Working on projects from £50,000 to £500,000
* Aiming for circa £1.5m of specifications in year one and £2.5m in year two
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven track record in social housing specification sales
* Knowledge of social housing frameworks and regulations
* Technical understanding of heating, electrical, or ventilation products
* High energy, negotiation skills, and team orientation
