Hours Casual and Part Time Hours Available Flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and waking nights Contract Temporary, Ongoing Agency Work Essential Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience within health and social care • Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism • Understanding of person centred support and promoting independence • A caring, reliable and professional approach • Good communication and teamwork skills • Medication training is desirable but not essential • Right to work in the UK • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable The Role Rotherwood Cares are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to support clients within Supported Living services across Burnley. You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live independently within their own homes and in the community while promoting choice, dignity and independence.
