Your new role
* Manage supplier relationships and evaluation, negotiating for best VFM
* Analysing sales and market data to identify trends to develop category strategies
* Developing strategies to enhance the customer experience
* Analysing key metrics to identify sourcing gaps, develop and implement strategies to improve category performance
* Fostering strong relationships with company-wide stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Hands-on Procurement experience within KBB mandatory
* Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop category strategies
* Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills - the right culture fit is crucial
* Proactive, flexible and adaptable, attention to detail, team player mentality (willing to help and mentor team members)
