Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs (SEN)?Hays Education is urgently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in specialist SEN Resource Provision based at a Primary School in Bradford. The roles are to start in September on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
4. Provide 1:1 and group support for students with a range of special educational needs
5. Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
6. Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
7. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
8. Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
9. Track and report on student progress and development
Requirements:
10. Essential:
Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
11. Optional:
Experience in a healthcare or care worker role – if you have worked with people with SEN, then we want to hear from you!
12. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
13. A proactive, adaptable, andpassionate approach
