We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with expertise in Solar Farms to join their team. While previous experience in solar farms is desirable, it is not essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting site operations and ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management of day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate with the Site Manager and project team to coordinate tasks and resources effectively. Monitor site safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. Support in the coordination of subcontractors and suppliers on site. Assist in project documentation and reporting as required. Essential Requirements: Essential: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First Aid certification, and CSCS card. Previous experience in solar farms is desirable but not mandatory. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Effective communication skills and the capacity to problem-solve on-site issues.
