What’s Involved:
* Deliver high-energy group sessions with clear communication and coaching cues
* Provide form corrections, motivation, and technical feedback in every session
* Build strong member relationships that support retention and results
* Cover shifts as needed and work across a flexible rotating roster
* Support in-studio community events and challenges
* 20–35 hours per fortnight
What You’ll Need:
* Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Availability for both morning (from 4:45 AM) and evening (until 7:30 PM) shifts
* A team mindset and willingness to grow through on-the-job training
* Confidence with group coaching and strong interpersonal skills
