About The Role
This role reports into the Head of Marketing and focuses on creative execution across online and offline channels. Acting as the bridge between marketing and creative, you will be taking briefs from the marketing team and translating them into visually compelling assets across all touchpoints, including social media, digital platforms and print materials.
This is a hands-on design role ideal for someone to take full ownership of the brand and visual style in various media, ensuring that visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
The role of graphic designer will involve:
* Act as a brand guardian, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visual materials
* Develop campaign content including graphics, photography briefs, brochures and other college branding materials
* Work with the wider marketing team to build assets for stories, feeds and the website
* Manage the full creative control of video production as art director is part of the role
* Design digital assets for email marketing, website, online and offline advertisements.
* Design and produce static, motion and video assets for paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and the website
* Building and regularly optimising our content library
* Applying creativity to ad hoc projects
* Work with the external partners, videographer and photographers to maintain high design standards
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity
* Support team members with content planning and creative concepting for photoshoots
About You:
* 5+ years’ experience in a graphic design role
* Confident taking projects from concept through to final delivery
* Experience in video editing as art director experience is required
* Deep understanding of email marketing (HubSpot) and digital design (Meta)
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and/or campaign work
* Proficient in Adobe Creative cloud or other design software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefs
* Comfortable collaborating with teams across the marketing department and at times the wider college departments
* A great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn’t act as an individual
