Responsibilities
* Provide support and supervision to staff employed as Social Workers, alongside other team members and partner agencies.
* Conduct assessment work across the child's journey, including short break assessments, child protection, and court work.
* Ensure consistency in social workers, supporting a relationship‑based model of practice.
Qualifications
Fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in statutory social care.
Demonstrated skills in assessment, report writing, and managing a complex caseload.
