We are looking for a sous chef with experience and a good understanding of how a kitchen is run, with a knowledge of fresh seasonal produce to join our team at Blakeney House.
At Blakeney house we use fresh seasonal produce to provide great menus and dining experience for all our guests.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a kitchen team and can perform tasks to a high standard, has a great attitude towards work, someone to help create and have input into menus and dishes.
You would work closely with our head chef in supporting him and running the kitchen when he is absent.
Requirements:
Good work attitude
High standard of food hygiene
Good understanding of fresh/seasonal produce
Previous experience in fresh produce kitchens
Be able to run sections independently
Be able to fulfil tasks to a high standard
We are offering a 5 working day week, Great working hours and additional training if required.

A trial shift would be required where you would work along the head chef for the day.
