We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of engineering, maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement projects within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
* Track project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines.
* Maintain project documentation, including change controls, risk assessments, validation records, and reports.
* Organise project meetings, record actions, and support stakeholder communication.
* Coordinate contractors, equipment deliveries, site access, and installation activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Support commissioning, qualification, and project close-out activities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* High attention to detail and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
* Experience coordinating projects in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
Desirable
* Project management qualification or training.
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
* Knowledge of GMP, change control, validation, and engineering documentation processes.
