We’re looking for a knowledgeable and organised Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the right parts are sourced, ordered, and supplied efficiently to keep our workshop running smoothly and our customers’ vehicles repaired on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source vehicle parts accurately using manufacturer and supplier systemsOrder, receive, check, and store incoming parts deliveriesMonitor stock levels and maintain accurate recordsLiaise with technicians to ensure parts are available when neededMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teamsUphold our high standards of service and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive roleStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood IT skills and ability to learn new systemsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA proactive approach to problem-solving and stock management
