Skills And Experience:
* You’re a proven leader with experience managing a team in a lending/underwriting environment (ideally motor finance or asset-based lending).
* You possess a deep understanding of credit risk, customer affordability assessments, and KYC regulations.
* You’re a process improvement champion with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* You have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to accuracy and compliance.
* You thrive in a regulated environment and have a proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards.
