About Our Client
Our client is the Public Sector and is looking for a Lead Developer to join on a 12 Month Inside IR35 Contract. This role will be remote with 4 days a month visits to their office in Brighton.
Job Description
3. Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to meet organisational goals.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
5. Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through testing and optimisation.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
7. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development projects.
8. Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
9. Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Support the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
