All Care, part of the Clece Care Group, is expanding its Eastbourne services and we're looking for kind, reliable, and compassionate individuals to support adults in their own homes. You’ll be working in the community, supported every step of the way by our award‑winning Brighton branch team.

* 40p per mile mileage allowance (drivers)

About the Role
We’re seeking caring and committed individuals to support adults across Eastbourne with everyday tasks, independence, and companionship. Your role will include:
* Helping with personal care and daily routines
* Supporting with meals, medication, and wellbeing
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Travelling between client visits in the local area
* Representing our team with professionalism, kindness, and respect
You’ll be fully supported by our Brighton branch, with clear training and continuous development opportunities.
We welcome applications from anyone who is:
* Compassionate, reliable, and eager to help others
* Able to travel between client visits (drivers preferred, but not essential)
Drivers: Receive mileage at 40p per mile
Non-drivers: Receive a free bus pass to support your travel around Eastbourne
No experience is required — full paid training and shadowing are provided.
