We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
* Train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant policies.
* Maintain a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively.
* In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.

Pay: From £14.76 per hour
