Timber & Aluminium Window Surveyor, SE London, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex The surveyor will be responsible for inspecting and assessing timber & aluminium windows and doors, measuring and documenting specific project requirements, liaising with clients to understand their needs, and providing specialist advice on replacements. The surveyor will also coordinate with the processing & operations team to ensure accuracy in designs and installations, and ensure that all projects meet the required standards of performance and security. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience in surveying and assessing timber & aluminium windows and doors Proficiency in measuring and documenting project requirements within set timeframes. Knowledge of period, conservation, and listed properties Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and provide specialist advice Ability to work closely with processing & operation teams to ensure measurement & design accuracy Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality performance and security standards Proficiency in using relevant software packages for documentation and measurement Proven experience in the window and door manufacturing industry is essential A clean valid driver's licence, own vehicle and the ability to travel to various project sites
