Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Forecourt Attendant primarily cooking hot food to provide excellent customer service at our busy petrol station. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised environment, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring smooth operations at the pump and shop. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where organisational skills and communication are essential. This job will be Tuesday-Friday 2 hours per day 1pm-3pm
Duties
* Greet customers warmly and assist with fuel dispensing, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Cooking of hot food for the snack and food cabinets
* Upsell additional products such as snacks, beverages, or car accessories to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt, shop area, and fuel pumps to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
* Restock shelves and organise merchandise displays to attract customers' attention.
* Provide information about promotions or loyalty programmes using effective communication skills.
* Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising service quality.
* Follow phone etiquette standards when answering queries or taking orders over the phone.
Qualifications
* Food experience would be benificial

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
