We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Commissioning Portfolio Lead in a full-time permanent position. The role of the Commissioning Portfolio Lead – Ageing Well involves working alongside the health colleagues, social care operational teams and providers who deliver services. The post holder will lead on all aspects of commissioning and project management including planning, implementation, co-production, governance, performance management and evaluation.
