Their portfolio spans a wide range of project types and values, from £100,000 to £12 million, including apartment developments, bespoke new builds, extensions, care homes, student accommodation, and sports and leisure facilities. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the practice across a variety of residential and commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical drawings and design packages predominately using AutoCAD (Revit is used for around 10% of projects), technical detailing, collaborating with architects and engineers, conducting monthly site visits, contributing to the design and execution of architectural projects, among more.
To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience in a similar role with experience working on residential projects. This is an office-based role in Leicester.

The Role:
Prepare technical drawings
AutoCAD (10% Revit)
Conduct site visits
Assist with delivery of projects
Contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects

Knowledge of AutoCAD
Design experience in similar role
Residential experience
Commutable distance to the office in Leicester
