What will you be doing?
You’ll provide a wide range of administrative support to help your service area run smoothly and efficiently, gaining experience across a variety of tasks. This will include supporting meetings and events, producing documents and reports, managing records and systems, and helping to coordinate activities across the team. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders, and ensuring information is handled accurately and securely. As you build your skills, you’ll also use a range of digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and AI‑supported applications, to improve efficiency and support day‑to‑day operations while contributing to team objectives.
About You
You’re motivated, organised and ready to learn, with a genuine interest in building a career in business administration. You have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You’re comfortable using technology or keen to develop your digital skills, and you take pride in being accurate, reliable and customer‑focused. Most importantly, you’re someone who is eager to grow, open to new experiences and ready to make a contribution, reflecting our THRIVE values and bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do.
