A bit about the role … We are seeking an organised and proactive Retrofit Technical Administrator to support the delivery of PAS-compliant retrofit works across our social housing contracts.This is a specialist administrative role, supporting retrofit delivery through accurate documentation, compliance management, and coordination of technical records under PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and TrustMark. The role sits at the centre of the retrofit team, working closely with Retrofit Coordinators, site teams, subcontractors, clients and residents to ensure projects are delivered compliantly, efficiently, and to a high standard. What you will be responsible for … Managing and maintaining retrofit project documentation in line with PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark and funding requirements. Coordinating and maintaining records for Pre-Installation Building Inspections (PIBIs) and ventilation assessments. Uploading and managing project data and evidence on PASHub and internal/client systems. Supporting TrustMark registrations, submissions, and audit preparation. Maintaining organised, accurate, and auditable project files, including site records, reports, registers, and handover packs. Coordinating appointments and access with tenants, site teams, and acting as a key point of contact for retrofit compliance queries from internal teams, clients, and scheme administrators. Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining confidentiality when handling tenant data. Supporting a positive and professional tenant experience throughout the lifecycle of the works What we’d like from you … Experience in a construction, retrofit, or social housing environment, with a strong administrative focus. An understanding of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, TrustMark and retrofit compliance Experience working with compliance documentation, audits, and evidence packs (SHDF or other funded programmes advantageous). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Confidence coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing Clear, professional communication skills, particularly with residents, clients, and subcontractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management A respectful, proactive attitude and willingness to learn as standards and schemes evolve. Desirable: Experience using PASHub. Familiarity with PIBIs, ventilation assessments, and retrofit measures (e.g. EWI, CWI, IWI, loft insulation, solar PV). NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration, Construction or a related field.
