Full Time Admin Support Receptionist based at Avenue House, Nuneaton. Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding and experience of working on a busy reception to join our admin team based at Avenue House, Nuneaton.
To assist in the provision of an effective administrative service across all services in the building, to support the clinical functions of the Trust. Work in conjunction with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide an efficient clerical support service. To ensure that a high standard of customer care is provided in all telephone and reception responsibilities using tact, discretion and sensitivity. To ensure positive promotion of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust values and vision.
Responsibilities
 * Front of house greeting for patients and visitors to the service.
 * Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the admin team, clinicians and managers.
 * Answer calls on the busy main switchboard and take messages.
 * Clinic room bookings and stationery orders.
 * Oversee the Attend Anywhere virtual waiting area.
 * Data input and dealing with general enquiries.

Requirements
 * Well organised individual who is able to empathise with service users and handle sensitive enquiries confidentially.
 * Excellent customer service skills due to the nature of calls and previous reception/office experience.
 * Computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input.
 * Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise own workload, and work on own initiative or as part of a team.
 * Positive approach to change, supportive of service improvements, and able to build effective working relationships.
 * Approachable and flexible in approach to work.
 * This role requires a standard DBS check; it will be the postholder’s responsibility to fund this.
 * Prior experience in reception/office environment is preferred.
 * Must be able to work at Avenue House, Nuneaton.
