Full Job Description: M4 Specialist are currently seeking reliable and experienced Office Administrator for a minimum of 3 months; however, this could go permanent working Monday to Friday in Normanton to start ASAP. This is an Office Administrator role reporting to the Access Operations Office Manager and the candidate will mainly be focusing on the fleet admin.
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, excel knowledge and good communication skills. Experience within any mechanical industry (vehicles, lifts, repair shops etc) would be great but not necessary as full training will be given. A good all round admin support candidate would work.
Shifts for the role of an Office Administrator: Monday to Friday - Days (8am-5pm, with an 60 min unpaid break)
Personal Attributes: Reliable, responsible, and safety conscious. Polite, well-mannered, and customer focused. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
