Answering main Reception switchboard, screen and direct calls as necessary Maintain and update the visitor diary Manage the reception area and welcome guests and staff Manage meeting room bookings Order stationery, proactively maintain office supplies Arrange couriers & taxis Keep office clean, tidy, and organised Travel booking and document production for Execs We are looking for candidates who show good initiative and strategic thinking along with an efficient and organised approach to their work. Strong Microsoft Office skills are a requirement for this role.
