Why Lloyds Banking Group
Like the modern Britain we serve, we’re evolving. Investing billions in our people, data and tech to transform the way we meet the ever-changing needs of our 26 million customers. We’re growing with purpose.
What will I be doing?
* Works with customers/partners outside of the Platform to ensure interlock to enable the platform to deliver at pace.
* Provides strategic advice and guidance on the provision of resources and services for operation and development of products/services
* Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
* Establishes pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant collaborators.
* Collaborates with Platform / Lab Leadership to plan and prioritise integration related tasks (including technical integration tasks)
* Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe), coordinating parties to get the change over the line.
* Works with POs and ELs to identify, group, sequence and orchestrate dependencies as part of integrated roadmaps for complex cross platform activity.
* Collaborates with Feature Teams to log dependencies. Works with Platform / Lab teams to deliver outputs against agreed sprint plan.
* Proactively finds opportunities to optimise the flow of work. Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves.
* Provides expertise and support (not content) for governance activity owned by the PO or Engineering Leads at Platform / Lab level. e.g. QBR prep, PRIA, for change across multiple programmes.
* Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.
What you’ll need
* Agile Methodology & Tools: Manages a number of agile teams across the business, delivering high priority or significant change to the Group. Acts as a servant leader to create a work environment in which colleagues at all levels feel respected, appreciated, and valued.
* Managing Key Relationships: Uses personal impact and customer positioning to build and sustain long-term relationships at all levels. Resolves partner conflict, builds consensus and influences outcomes.
* Planning, Tracking, Reporting & Governance: Draws on appropriate Status Reporting, Product/Platform/Lab Roadmaps and attendance at agile meetings to form a view on progress, status, risks and issues and resolves high priority issues affecting delivery. Takes accountability for delivery forecasting. Identifies opportunities to improve delivery speed and quality, by identifying risks/issues/dependencies that are not easily evident while helping others to acknowledge them.
